New York, March 1, 2020 – Agility today announced that it has elected Frances Ni a Partner of the firm, effective March 1, 2020. Ms. Ni was previously named partner and COO of Perella Weinberg Partners (“PWP”) Capital Management in 2013.

Biographies
Frances Ni is a Partner at Agility and also serves as CFO. Frances focuses on financial, tax, and operational matters for the Agility team. Prior to becoming Agility’s CFO, Frances was the COO of PWP’s asset management business, where she dedicated the majority of her time to Agility.
Prior to joining Agility, Frances held various senior finance positions at asset management firms, including ReachCapital, FrontPoint Partners LLC, and SAC Capital. Earlier in her career, Frances gained public accounting experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where her clients included hedge funds, private equity firms, mutual funds, investment banks, and insurance companies.
Frances received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Fisher College at The Ohio State University.
